I have 10 years experience within development of new LEGO bricks as a Project Manager, where Stakeholder Management is the most important key for succes. And before that I have worked with mould design for nearly 10 years. Within my previous and current role I have been so fortunate to visit and collaborate with our LEGO Sites in China, Mexico and The Czech Republic, and also some of our Suppliers in the Far East. And that have given me a Broad knowledge about different ways of working in the different cultures.
